We integrate directly with Square. When you enter your credit card, the transaction is processed securely and funds go straight to the captain's merchant account. We never store your full payment details.

Fake reviews ruin the industry. On CaptainDirect, reviews can only be left by customers who have successfully completed a booked trip through the platform. No bots, no competitor manipulation.

Direct Resolution

Because you book directly with the captain, there is no corporate middleman to navigate if weather cancels your trip. Captains handle their own rescheduling and refunds, leading to faster and fairer resolutions.
